Role : Business Development, IT Equipment & Fit-out Leasing
Experience : 5+ years of experience
Qualification : MBA – Finance/ Master’s in Commerce
Location :Mumbai
Preferred Industry : NBFC/ Corporate Banking Segment/ Leasing Firms

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Prospect and convert capex opportunities into opex in mid & large corporate segment.
• Lead, generate and implement demand generation activities by liaising with OEMs, vendors, IPC's, banks and NBFCs to offer renting solutions to their customers.
• Understanding financials and business model of prospects in order to structure and offer a customized financial solution to meet their expectations and approvals to close the deal.
• Co-ordination with internal operations team, client and vendor to ensure smooth operations
• Experience in selling Equipment finance and leasing solutions to mid and large corporates.
• Strong corporate network and relationship with technology partners, OEM’s, IPC's, contractors and developers, banks, NBFC's.
• Customer/Vendor management and strategic selling skills to enhance the success of our and our customers/partners business.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word is a must.
Role : Business Development – Large Corporate
Experience : 8+ years of experience
Qualification : MBA – Finance/ Master’s in Commerce
Location :Bangalore
Preferred Industry : NBFC/ Corporate Banking Segment

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Achieve volume targets & profitability and analyzing the P&L to identify key drivers
• Develop and improve the Business in Karnataka by new customer acquisition to rent out equipment like Construction and Mining Equipment, Plant and Machinery, Warehousing Equipment, and other Capital equipment.
• Prepare the Business Development and Work Plan
• Lead, generate and implement demand generation activities by liaising with the OEMs, vendors, Liasoning with various banks and NBFCs to offer renting solutions to their customers.
• Consultative selling – understanding the renting requirement and financial goal to tailor a solution in accordance to achieve the same
• Research, identify and develop new equipment categories which could drive volumes.
• Advise and implement right pricing and structure/ product in line with the customer’s financial goals
• Responsible for market feedback on costing and competitor analysis
• Participation in Rate Contracts, RFP, RFQ and Technical Discussions.
• Coordination with internal team for preliminary assessments and bankers to securitize the receivables.
• Should have excellent relationships with CFO/ treasury heads of Mid and Large corporates.
